I've written for an array of publications and corporate clients, including Saveur's magazine and website, Plate Magazine, The Chicago Sun-Times, Oxygen Magazine, Edible New Orleans, Viv Magazine, and the Visiting Nurse Service of New York City.  My recipes have appeared online, in print, and in an anthology of food and reminiscences, Miso for Life.

I have worked with experts and award-winners in many fields, from cooking to spinal surgery to London's Paralympic Games. My clips include features, newsletters, web copy, giveaways, blog posts, roundups, press releases, and profiles -- and that's just in nonfiction. My short stories have run in literary journals; my poetry, in anthologies, on websites, and in print and digital journals. Storytelling has brought me to diverse places, including Toronto, Ontario; Geochang, South Korea; and New York City's Central Park.

I have edited art reviews, psychology columns, news features, poetry, short stories, novels, and young adult fiction. My background in storytelling and skill at writing dialogue translate into an aptitude for speech writing.

As a book doula, I assist writers in every element of the creative process, from concept through final revision.  Packages and single sessions are available.

I also provide an affordable web-tidying service. I polish "landing" and "about" pages, helping international firms, small businesses,  entrepreneurs and artists to make a professional and personable first impression.



A seventh-generation New Yorker, I moved to London in 1996. I can write and edit to fit European and American standards.
